A. Nightly backups of your databases can be arranged to occur automatically. These can also be copied to your machines. Furthermore, export to Excel is available via reporting functions at any time.

Q. Can I install Test Controller on our own servers?

A. Sorry, Test Controller is only available in Software as a Service (SaaS) form at this time.

A. All communications with our servers are secured by SSL, passwords are stored in encrypted form, etc.
