1. You agree to act as the main contact point
2. There will be no charge for the use of Test Controller during the 30 days trial period.
3. We shall retain all intellectual property rights including without limitation copyright, trademark and all other proprietary rights to the software and documentation.
4. We shall grant you a non-transferrable and non-exclusive license to use the software only for your business purposes.
5. While various security measures will be provided by www.testcontroller.com, we cannot guarantee 100% against unauthorized access to data stored on our servers.
6. You will not allow any 3rd party to access the software without our written permission.
7. You will not sub-license, sell or loan the software without our written permission.
8. While we expect the software to operate substantially in accordance with the supplied documentation, we cannot provide a warranty that software operation will be uninterrupted or error free (Test Controller is hosted at one of the world’s largest ISP’s).
9. We agree to provide support via email (support@testcontroller.com) during normal UK office hours.
10. We will use best endeavours to automatically back-up each site database on a nightly basis but we can keep only the last 7 back-up’s.
11. We will supply a comprehensive user guide free of charge in PDF format.
12. The software is supplied “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
